FREE YARD MAINTENANCE 

Are you ready to list your home??? When listing your home, it is important to remember that the first impression is crucial. If someone pulls up to your home when listed for sale, and the yard is over grown and not looking its best, that already puts a perception about the home's interior into the mind of that potential buyer. 

 

To help you with the buyers first impression of your home, when you list with Rigby and Associates Real Estate, we will maintain that impressive look of your front yard.* This way the buyer will be walking into your home with an impressed perception from the beginning. 

 

*Some restrictions may apply. This offer is valid for homes within the following cities: Brea, Fullerton, Yorba Linda, Anaheim Hills, Placentia, Eastvale, Mira Loma, Corona, Norco, Ontario, Chino, and Chino Hills. To qualify, the home must be on a lot of less than 10,000 square feet. Yard maintenance includes mowing, edging, trimming of bushes, blowing, and minor weeding of the FRONT yard only. Free Yard maintenance will be conducted on a bi-weekly basis for 3 months only. If you home is on the market longer than three months, Rigby and Associates Real Estate will bill you for the maintenance after the three month free period.
