If you purchase a new home directly from a qualifying builder, and Rigby and Associates Real Estate represents you as the buyer, you may recieve up to $5,000 in closing contribution towards your home. This is a good way to pay for some of your closing cost, get those extras from the builder you wanted, but didn't have budgeted or keep cash in your pocket. 

 

Details: Rigby and Associates Real Estate MUST accompany you on your first visit to the builer's sales office. Total amount contributed inside or outside escrow is determined by builder and lender. All contribution, inside or outside of escrow will be disclosed to both the lender and builder. Final amount of contribution will be determined by Rigby and Associates Real Estate, depending on the builder's broker cooperation fee. Any home purchased over $500,000, the buyer may receive up to $5,000 in incentives. Home purchase price between $300,000 - $500,000, the maximum incentive will be $3,000. Any home purchased under $300,000, the maximum incentive will be $1,500. Purchase price is the standard purchase price before any upgrades. Any brokers cooperation fee less than 3%, Rigby and Associates Real Estate reserves the right to reduce the contribution amount. Offer valid for a limited time only.
