For a purchase or selling transactions with a purchase price under $500,000 the maximum referral bonus is $300. For a purchase or selling transaction with a purchase price over $500,000 the maximum referral bonus is $500. Deduction in commission to Rigby and Associates Real Estate through referral negotiation may reduce or void the referral bonus. Referral bonus will be paid out after a successful and completed escrow transaction. Person referring can only receive one referral bonus per person they refer to Rigby and Associates. Any broker / agent referral fee is based on a Rigby and Associates Real Estate receiving a full commission. Any commission percentage deduction will also be deducted from broker / agent referral fee.
